The Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Sales (QCF) is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles and practices of sales. Entry requirements

Educational Background:

• Previous Qualification: Applicants should have successfully completed a Level 2 qualification (e.g., GCSEs, Level 2 Certificate, Diploma) or hold an equivalent credential. Higher qualifications are also accepted.

• Minimum Age: Applicants must be 16 years or older. This program is designed to support both recent school leavers and those with some professional experience in advancing their careers.

Mandatory Units Group A
- Understanding legal, regulatory and ethical requirements in sales or marketing
- Understanding the sales environment
- Understanding sales techniques and processes
- Principles of personal responsibilities and how to develop and evaluate own performance at work

Optional Units Group B
- Understanding the relationship between sales and marketing
- Principles of online selling
- Understanding customers’ creditworthiness for sales purposes
- Competitor analysis in the sales environment
