Overview

The Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Sales (QCF) is designed to provide learners with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in sales roles across various industries. This qualification focuses on developing key sales techniques, customer service skills, and sales strategies. The course covers areas such as identifying customer needs, building relationships, handling objections, closing sales, and effective communication. Entry requirements

Educational Background:

• Previous Qualification: Applicants should have successfully completed a Level 2 qualification (e.g., GCSEs, Level 2 Certificate, Diploma) or hold an equivalent credential. Higher qualifications are also accepted.

• Relevant Experience: Candidates with over 1 year of professional experience in their respective industry are encouraged to apply, as their practical knowledge is highly valued.

Age Requirement:

• Minimum Age: Applicants must be 16 years or older. This program is designed to support both recent school leavers and those with some professional experience in advancing their careers.

Mandatory Units Group A
- Negotiating, handling objections and closing sales
- Complying with legal, regulatory and ethical requirements in a sales or marketing role

Optional Units Group B
- Obtaining and analysing sales-related information
- Obtaining and Analysing Competitor Information
- Buyer behaviour in sales situations
- Pricing for sales promotions
- Preparing and delivering a sales presentation
- Developing and implementing sales call plans
- Assisting customers in obtaining finance for purchases
- Assessing customers’ credit status
- Communicating using digital marketing/sales channels
- Contributing to the development and launch of new products and/or services
- Manage own professional development within an organisation

Optional Units Group C
- Lead and manage meetings
- Organise the delivery of reliable customer service
- Leading a sales or marketing team
- Managing the induction and probation of sales staff
